  • We currently only ship within Australia—no international orders at the moment.

  • Flat Rate: $X per order (we only have standard shipping at the moment).

  • We aim to get Amp coffee to you as soon as possible!

    Metro Areas: 2–5 business days

    Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

    (Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather events.)

  • Orders placed before X pm (AEST) are packed and shipped the next business day.

    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

  • We use trusted Australian carriers like Australia Post and major courier services. If you’re in a remote area, delivery might take a little longer.

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email address] within 7 days of delivery.

    We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out and, if needed, send a replacement or refund.

  • We don’t accept returns for change of mind (because coffee is a drink and it all gets a bit tricky).
